Reached out via email and a phone call to discuss the opportunity. Set up in person interview. Met with direct manager and RVP. The next day I was contacted via email and told they wanted to move forward. They asked for my references and college transcript.

Simple, yet thought provoking questions Interview was first done on the phone and then subsequently done in person. Interviewers we’re very nice and it was easy to have good rapport with them!

I had two sets of interviews speaking to the manager and the roles of the day of claims it was a pretty straightforward process. It is a plus if you come well dressed the company used to have the employees wearing ties

very straightforward process. Really asked a lot of questions about insurance and loss ratio and what you like to do outside of work and stuff great time was had by all and it was a great process litigation entry level advancement
