The interview process was like speed dating, went around the room and was interviewed by 7 team leaders. The questions they asked were mainly behavioural and value based questions. Overall I had fun and it was very relaxing.

Phone screening to see if you're a fit. Questions asked about broadband technologies, culture of the company and how you fit in, customer service scenarios and what you would do.
Incredibly easy, don't even need to know OSI or TCP/IP. Basic knowledge of tech is all that is needed to be successful. They do have a high turn over rate, though

Entretien
Easy interview, lots of questions which were relatively easy to answer. Comfortable with interviewers - good for an entry level job and would likely recommend this for anyone just leaving high school
