Recruiter screening interview, values interview, manager interview, portfolio review. The whole process took over a month with quite a lot of delays in comms from the recruiter although I appreciated how open they were to share feedback and they referred me on to a more suitable role I ended up accepting after the previous role didn’t exist anymore.

Had an initial screening call with a hiring manager to discuss my career goals, background, experience, and how my skills align with the role, company’s needs, and future growth opportunities.

Entretien
First interviewed with the recruiter, then interviewed with the Hiring manager for the team. Interview questions were average design process questions and questions about past experience. Seemed to want specific examples of KPIs and outcomes.

Simple— only two rounds with a portfolio review followed by a behavioral interview. Most questions were relatively straightforward, although a few were a bit confusing about what specific answer they were looking for
