A friend said they were hiring and gave me contact number. I called and was phone interviewed. The questions (about 3 or 4) were about experience. There was no application to fill out. From what I understand everyone gets hired with no employment history check, no background check, no experience.

I applied online through indeed, the next day I received a phone call for a representative of the company I had applied for asking me questions on whether or not I was still interested in the position then proceeded to tell me about the company and the type of jobs they do worldwide.
