Interview process is fast tracked. Major focus on risk and risk mitigation. Also on crisis management. Interviews are scheduled back to back by HR team and hint on interview will be provided during the process
One of the very underwhelming aspects of the interview process was communication from the respective TA Specialist post interview. I didn't hear back from her for more than a week about the status of my application, despite writing many mails or calling a couple of times. Lack of communication from the concerned TA would lead to wastage of prospective candidate's time and that happened in my case. I'm not bothered by my final result being negative, but the fact the process has wasted my one week time. While the interview process was below average, none of them started on time as per schedule. I was asked to wait for 5-10 mins before every interview and particularly in my round 3 for almost 50 mins. Nonetheless, the interviewers were polite and kind.

If you see, all questions remain the same throughout all the rounds for the role of Program Manager. The interviewers also lacked clarity when I've asked questions like how will they measure success for my role, which was a red flag.
