I was contacted, via email, by a recruiter. I was asked to select a time that was convenient for me to speak with someone. Two hours later I had my first interview over the phone. It was flowed consistently, there was some general questions as well as a road play. I moves forward to an on site interview the next day. It went just like the phone interview, general questions, then two role plays. Two hours later I was extended an employment opportunity.

The interview process can take a few weeks. There is an online assessment, phone interview, in person interview, and drug screening. Then you wait on a phone call providing your start date.
