The Online interview targeted tech questions to see if you understand mobile phone related issues. the Telephone interview targeted customer service issues to see how you are able to handle various customer service issues good and bad.

Customer Experience bad situation and how did you make it better?
Easy process, just showcase who you are. They usually do in person interview which is kind of rare nowadays, and that is a plus because you will have the chance to impress.

They ask about your personality and team work, and if you can follow orders.
Easy but they don’t hire you. They say you don’t need experience but you do and the last interview I’ve had several I didn’t see many people of color there

Entretien
The interview process was easy to get through. I did a zoom call, and it was an hour long. They ask a lot of questions but it’s more like a conversation than anything.
