I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin and then had an initial phone screen. The hiring manager wanted to move forward, so about a week later I had a panel interview with two finance managers and a second panel interview with the hiring manager and two more finance managers. The interviews were very conversational and the questions were not difficult. I felt the interviews went well and sent a courtesy thank you email to the team later that day. Since then…crickets. I know this is not uncommon, but I find it unacceptable for a company to ghost you after putting the time and effort into multiple interviews. I think it says a lot about the integrity of the company (or lack thereof).
