SHL test before commencing interview. The interview was described as a quick chat by the recruiter and scheduled in for 30 mins. HM arrived 10 mins late and failed to start with pleasantries nor an introduction. HM's mannerisms were albeit failing of a HOD. HM was quick to quiz questions right away and quite evidently failed to surmise my CV before the interview. HM's rushed manner to end the interview either indicates interviewer fatigue or lack of professionalism. I encouraged HM to ask me further questions but was outrightly refuted and also seemed to be confused what role I had applied for. Said 'chat' ended quite abruptly and rejection was shortly after. Have requested for feedback about 1 month ago and radio silence since.
