Applied online. Received an email to schedule an interview within a week. Met with the Director of Operations and a Clinical Supervisor for an initial interview. They asked basic bread and butter questions about my qualifications and experience. A second interview was scheduled over email for the following week. Met with the CEO along with the Director of Operations again. Asked more in-depth questions about my professional experience working with the Asian community and my cultural competency. The last step was the language proficiency test.
