Interview process went very smoothly, I was first contacted by email from the manager. We then scheduled a time for a phone interview and then the next day I came in for an in person interview where I got to meet the manager, staff and view the department.

Tell me about a difficult time you had with either a patient or coworker, and tell me how you handled the situation.
Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
