The interview process took about 30 days from the day that I applied. First, there was a phone call from the recruiter where I was asked several questions referencing my experience as it related to the position. Next, I have scheduled a phone interview with the Regional HR Manager which was very refreshing. It did not feel like an interview. We had a conversation about the role, I was able to ask questions. About a week later, I was scheduled a face to face interview with the Regional Manager. This was also a very laid back interview where she asked me situational type questions. She then brought in some colleagues and they asked situational questions, asked me about myself and about my education.
