My experience with the interview was far worse. It took more than 3 months for multiple interviews and after a long delay, I received a rejection. One of the worst recruitment processes I faced in my professional career. Arup is a racist company towards the international candidate. I was made to feel I lack professional experience for an entry-level job. I never expected such shamefulness from a multinational company.
