Initial screening call with recruiting assistant to confirm experience and qualifications. Second phone call with recruiting manager to discuss employment history, salary expectations. A couple basic interview questions like "Why Arthrex". Third phone call with direct report, who obviously had a list of questions to ask. Fourth interview was a half day on-site. Three one-on-one interviews (list of questions) two group interviews (more conversational). Only pitfall to experience was timeline - it was over 3 months from initial phone call to finding out I did not receive an offer. Also disappointing that I was not given specific feedback why.
