It starts with an Initial phone interview, HireVue, in-person, Predictive Index, offer with proposed compensation plan and role description. There may be subsequent in-person meetings with anticipated team members or managers that said person would with/underneath.

The interview process was good at the fact they took the time to get to know if I would be a good fit for the company or not. I was also able to ask questions and carry on a good conversation.
