I interviewed online for the Argaam subsidiary Danat forward. 2 interviews first with team lead second was with middle east seniors. Tech Lead interview was ok but ME senior interview was as dumb as it could get . They ask the stupidest questions instead of evaluating the person based on their projects and skillset. They ghost you after the supposed final interview. Why take multiple interviews uptil final stage if you're already planning on hiring someone else? Waste of time
