This seems to be a pattern at the company, but I was also ghosted. I rearranged my schedule for this initial interview after interest was expressed. Then at the last minute, I was told that they needed to reschedule. I was happy to do so, I sent my availability and asked for them to tell me what time is best. I waited a couple hours and no reply. I sent a follow-up email and still nothing. I wait until the following day and never received anything. I then send an email expressing my disappointment in being ghosted. I finally got a response that time and I was met with a passive aggressive reply saying that an updated invitation had already been sent, an invitation I never received, an updated invitation that was most likely never made in the first place. And even if time was taken to send a new invitation, it is pretty rude to ignore all of my multiple emails trying to figure out the new time. Unbelievably unprofessional. I did not even receive a proper apology. Given this immense level of unprofessionalism, I'm glad I dodged a huge bullet.

We did an investigation into this. Our interviewer had to reschedule due to a meeting conflict. While you thought we "ghosted" you and reposted the position on Indeed, this reposting happened automatically through our Applicant Tracking System. We did send you another interview request 30 minutes after receiving your additional availability, and we responded to your multiple emails. Not sure why it took a day for you to receive that email. While you were extremely rude to our interviewer telling them they need to "do better", we believe this was handled very professionally. We also tried calling you before sending the rescheduling email but didn't get a response. Sometimes unforeseen things happen and the interview has to be rescheduled. Since its a frustrating process to find a position as a new graduate, please note that there will be times when an interview will have to be rescheduled and the interviewing team will follow up through email and phone. We suggest that you yourself remain professional to potential employers, and this will serve you well. We have concluded that there was absolutely no ghosting. In the end, you were the one who actively decided to remove yourself from consideration. Our company has no pattern of ghosting.
