1st round: interview with HR - very friendly; more about getting to know you; why you are interested in the role; why Ardevora; understanding if you would suit the culture 2nd round: case study - answering questions to understand a company using a sell side report. This was quite time pressured. some questions which required different approaches to solve. Assessing how you approach different problems
