The first round is with the recruiter, next with the manager, followed by an hour code signal(2 Leetcode hard questions), one 90 mins round(1 leet code hard and one system design), last round of 30 mins with the director. All this for just 140k/ year as a lead, there are no RSUs only stock options. It is almost impossible to solve a leet code hard question in 25 mins if you have not seen that question before. They call it pair programming, but there is a grumpy interviewer with a very strong accent who did not even know the requirements of the question when I asked for some edge cases. He literally googled those edge cases. Very disappointed in the process.
