J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Appnovation Technologies en avr. 2020
Entretien
Back in 2020 I went through the entire process, including pre-screening, tests, live coding and technical interview.
Never heard back from the company, not even a rejection e-mail.
Now they're reaching out to me on LinkedIn for another position, and I STILL haven't heard back from the previous interview!
IMO the way a company treats the candidates tells a lot about the way it treats its employees, so I don't recommend Appnovation at all.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were reasonable, not too difficult nor too easy. I'd say it was appropriate.

Very smooth interview process. Coordination was great, recruiters were following up regularly and were able to answer any questions related to benefits, compensation or related to the role they are hiring for.

First step was phone screen with the recruiter.
2nd Interview was a general chat about background and what they were looking for in the applicant. They discussed some particular projects and tried to verbally assess technical level etc.
3rd Interview was a one on one chat with an engineer where they asked even more specific questions about React, and front end technologies, and basic strategies of web development.
All in all the interviews were fine. I was surprised there was no take-home or coding round.
I was left with a negative experience because after the final round they simply ghosted me. No one bothered to even say "Thank you for your time, but we've decided to go with another candidate for this role." In the end I went with another offer anyway, but I still felt this is quite unprofessional to ghost an applicant after they've given up 3-4 hours of their time to interview.
