Three level interview process including Local Manager, Zone Director, GM. Will not interview candidates who have worked for Johnson & Johnson. Only use approved recruiters, who agree to discounted fees. Having a friend or relative that works there is a major advantage.

First HR interview then and interview with hiring manager, then an interview with another manager, and it continued on. It was a very long interview process, about 6 interviews. The first was on the phone and the rest were all on zoom. The last interview was in person.

No feedback even after very positive first round calls. HR here are useless. I wouldn't recommend. Call around first and find better options. Useless. Useless. Useless. They didn't now what they were doing.
