Pretty straight forward. Recruiter reached out, discussed my interest in the company, my previous experience. After, a 45 minute DSA interview that was mix between leetcode style and real-world application. Felt more interesting that your standard big tech interview.

Recruiter was pretty responsive and hiring manager seems nice. Product looks nice and overall I like the direction of the company. I din’t have a chance to sense the negative things I read in Blind.

The process started with a behavioral recruiter screen focused on my background, interest in the company, and general fit for the role. After that, I had a technical interview on CoderPad involving reading data from an API and working with nested JSON. The problem started straightforward and then added follow-up requirements, including finding the maximum velocity and maximum range from the returned data.
