J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applebee's (San Jose, CA) en juil. 2010
Entretien
i came in for an interview and when i got there the doors were locked and i was on time and did not want to be late and there was someone sitting and watching tv while i was waiting outside i was the first there and soon about 12 others showed up and the manager came and talked to us about how she started as a host and she makes so much money now then she went around the room asking us questions like what do you want to do when you grow up (seeing as about 2/3 of the people were teenagers) we then had to take an assessment and that was it. it was just like filling in an online application thee didn't get to know anyone.they sent me a coupon in the mail after the interview i guess as a thank you.

Entretien
This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Applebee's (McHenry, IL)
Entretien
Was a simple interview and was offered a job afterwards. The manager was kind. It was easy to apply and find an interview time. I was trained shortly after and got paid for the training.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and I felt that the interviewer did what they were supposed to but the focus seemed on like what corporate wants unfortunately. The experience was fine overall though.
