the interview was easy to take, Appen is a serious company that take care of his employees and respect all the contract condition. They want qualified people that finish all the task in good condition
There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.

You do not get to speak to someone you simply have to do assessments and and further tests to describe your personality. Also a lot of NDA's are required to be signed before you begin.
