Chaotic is the word that come to mind. There was no schedule, agenda, or clear structure. There were also long periods of silence. In general poorly organized as a first interview with the company.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with an introductory interview focused on my experience and motivation, followed by a technical session designed to evaluate my coding skills, problem-solving approach, and overall understanding of development practices. They asked me to talk about my previous experience, the projects I’ve worked on, and how I usually approach challenges or problem-solving in my work.
Met the boss directly, asked me a few questions about the take in project was friendly and cool about it. The working environment was nice and friendly.
Colleagues were super helpful to get the job done and up and running in no time.
