Between applying and being invited to an interview, it took nearly four weeks. They also asked for salary expectations before even providing a date for the first interview, which I haven’t come across in years. It might be worth adding a section for this during the application process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. It was still interesting to learn about the company and how they operate, but it’s a shame, this was actually the perfect job for me, and I can now see it’s not as ideal as I had hoped. Weeks later, they re-posted the job and reduced the working days from four to three.
