Entretien
Initially we had Telephonic Call with HR who explained us regarding the interview process. Then we had the Group Discussion round. Followed by the HR round.
The interview process went very smoothly.

Entretien
There are usually 2 rounds of interview. Out of which the first round is with the manager and the second one with the VP. Before the entire interview process, a recruiter will call you to see if you have good communication skills

It was a Group Interview. We Should be good with communication. Overall the interview process was good. And one can easily get into the company if good with communication and confident enough to speak.

The interview was very smooth.
I joined Anlage while the pandemic was going on, so I had two virtual technical discussions.
Very quick process of interview and very quick feedback.
The hiring process took 2 to 3 Days at the max.
