I did a test, and I'm currently waiting to hear back from the company. It is pretty smooth so far. I am still waiting on the company interviews and vetting process.

After applying to the job (prior to any interview) I received an email from the company asking me to do an unpaid test where I would have to edit together an animatic from images they gave me, and audio that I would have to source on my own, and additionally I would have to create a tag line for the hypothetical campaign and write an "animation brief," detailing the action in each cut. Needless to say, I declined -- nobody should be doing a test of this nature for free and no company should ask for this. I would recommend staying far away from this company.
