Went through initial screening which was a normal screening. The recruiter shared the hiring process and what to expect. I did not really speak much, but had the qualifications for the role so they said I'd move on unless the made an offer for someone farther along in hiring process.
During the second interview, I met with a current employee on the Customer Success team. This employee seemed a bit nervous and was typing throughout the entire interview, rarely looking at screen. There were a lot of questions asked, but very little information given about the role. I did hear back during the projected timeline of two weeks. I was emailed that they selected someone "whose qualifications align more with the role".
