I was contacted by a recruiter who had seen my resume on Monster.com, and she sent me a personality profile assessment that I completed online. I was contacted the following day and asked to come in to the office and take a cognitive assessment. It was a 20 question multiple-choice exam and a candidate must get at least 12 correct to be considered for the job. I got 18/20 right (the test is difficult but dont overthink the questions). After that, I had a 1-on-1 interview with the recruiter. The following day I had another 1-on-1 interview with one of the sales managers, and about 20 minutes after the interview ended I received a call from the recruiter and I was offered the position.

Originally got called by a hiring manager. After a quick 20 minute initial interview (very basic questions) they will decide whether to move forward with the firm or not. After saying they want you, they schedule an interview with the firm. That interview is 1 hour long. They will ask you questions about your plans to gather clients, and also ask you how you would stand out to future clients or how you deal with dilemmas. After that, if they like you the firm must talk with its Region Superior to ''sell you". They do not hire many people. You will hear back if you get the job after that in 48 hours tops.
