Contacted a week or two after sending in resume. Mo called me and conducted an extremely pleasant phone interview. He invited me to an onsite interview the following day. The interview consisted of the owners and management team, there were many job specific questions asked. It was a very pleasant experience. Then they gave me a tour and we discussed a plethora of work related topics. I felt that they were an amazing team of professionals that truly cared about their employees and the company's success as a whole. The team made themselves available to me over the weekend for any questions that I may have. Monday, Invited in for another on site experience, where I could get to know the team memebers. I felt very comfortable, the staff were extremely open and friendly. Entire process moved very quickly as they made an offer immediately. Really great people and company is definitely growing and successful. I was broken hearted to have to decline the offer.
