I was contacted by a manager who asked a few questions about my work history, and some basic credentials, and was then invited in for an interview. I sat down with that manager who asked me more detailed questions. They continued by explaining about the company, the duties I'd be performing and some of the pros and cons of the company. He was very polite but was very serious that this it is a rewarding job but also very difficult. He then put my in to a group interview where another manager went in to lots of details about the company. He honestly makes the company sound too good to be true and very easy. At the end of the interview we asked questions, some people were obviously not interested any more, but I saw it as an exciting challenge. I was called later that night to come in the following day for another interview. This was long and one on one. He went in to lots of details about incomes, training, expectations, what challenges to expect. He was very real with me again (I suspect he is trying to weed out those not ready).
