Initially, a "cattle call" process is performed where they give some company info to a group, and a brief individual interview. Call back interview makes you feel like you're special, but it's right out of the playbook for sales. They get a hefty commission for every employee that lasts 6 months.

At first, they found me through social apps. They keep postponing my interview and I even keep updates and they keep dragging and they won't take any responsibility for the applicants.

Entretien
No notification of this that there would be another candidate in the same interview. Very laid back approach to interview which was great. The interview in total took about 40 minutes and afterwards, they move to next steps right away.
bulk candidate presentation then one on one interview after that with the CEO of the company. you get called by the hiring manager after the interview. mine called back the next monday
