After recording the video and being called they fly you to Texas, were you participate in a group interview with several phases. In general it's a very relaxed and nice interview but they are evaluating your every move. My only complain is that the recruiters are not the same for everybody, making it difficult to know if they are objective about their decision. But in general I had a nice time. You mostly know if you got it being there if the call you to the one on one etc. I was not called, and was a bit surprise since I did a very good interview. You really can't tell what they are looking for exactly. The questions here in glassdoor are the same, so read them and practice so they don't take you by surprise. In terms of language proficiency they don't do anything, at least the same day. They are more focused in how you interact with the other candidates and basic interview questions.
