First round was a 30 minute behavioral interview. Standard questions followed by a technical question focused around TCO. Second round was at HQ in Dallas. It was a well organized event where candidates were flown in interviewed, fed, given a technical skill test, and flown home. There were three separate interviews asking similar behavioral questions with some technical questions interspersed. There were 3 weeks from first interview to last. It would have been a positive experience had they provided their decision when they said they would, however, they did not convey their decision for 4 months.
