The interview process in general took a couple months. I applied, did the assessment, took the group virtual interview then got invited for a F2F interview. I flew out a day before the interview and stayed at a local hotel by the airport. They had a shuttle to Skyview 7. My interview was at 2 so i went at 1pm. Upon arrival i checked in, got a badge and was sent to a room to drop off my belongings and then check in with the interviewers to show my resume and get another name badge. After that we went back to the holding room, once there was about 10 of us they took us up to another floor to another room which had 4 tables, which were 4 different aircrafts. Once you sit down, you have a paper and pen in front of you and theres a question you have to answer, pretty much like what would you do in this situation, and you rank the options and then discuss why you chose your first answer. After that you move to the group activities, make sure you are participating and also dont be afraid to take charge in some areas, they are watching you. After, you present your group activity and then once thats done you sit back down, listen to a couple speakers and then you have 2 rounds of interviewers come to your table asking you one question each. Theyre not hard, basic interview questions. Then they hey mention that we should hear via email if you get a CJO in 3-7 days. We go on a bathroom break, come back and they send the first 2 groups home, if you are in that group, you did not pass. After that, once those groups are gone they take everyone else to do the reach and jump test. Once you complete that they take you back to the 4 tables room and then you just mingle until you are called by an interviewer for your 1 on 1 interview. I had the sweetest lady, try to bond with them!! She gave me my cjo on the spot and once done, i was sent to do my drug test. Once done, got a shuttle back to the airport. Overall, i thought the whole process was super fun!!
