For the largest airline in the world the F2F interview is not what you would expect. First of all you are all put in a room with no access to anywhere in the building except a bathroom. People are arriving at all different times. No access to drinks or food at all. You are told you can order Uber eats. You better bring food and a drink. The recruitment team is pretty friendly with the exception of one who seemed bothered to be there. You complete a group activity and are asked one question each at a group table by two different people. Here you are provided water only. This is a very long day. The most ridiculous thing is we were told by the supervisor that they can tell in one minute of talking to you if you are “ready” to be a flight attendant for them. One minute! Either they are the most astute people on planet earth or they are completely delusional. I have no idea what criteria they are basing anything on because the people that stayed behind had zero experience it looked like. Not a good experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend making this trip if you are an experienced flight attendant and that’s all I’m saying. Good luck!
