It was a panel interview and group interview. 3 current staff members from different parts of the organization and 3 potential candidates. They ask each candidate the same question and write down points from what information the candidate gave.

I have been contacted by email 2 weeks after my application. The Interview was held in a restaurant at the airport (because the AA offices were in a secured area for staff only) by two AA supervisors. The interview was very friendly with basic interview questions. The process was very quick, I received the final answer less than a week after the interview.
