Entretien
I applied on their career portion of the American Airlines websites. I included a resume and cover letter. Later that day I received an email to interview. I interviewed in group with two other people. We were all asked about six basic questions. Left the interview and was told to wait for an email. The next day I received the offer email for the position!
Very smooth process and very excited!
You will take an online assessment, and if that goes well, then you will be invited to the airport for a F2F interview before a panel, where other people will also be interviewing.

How do you handle a difficult situation with angry customer ?
Just be yourself, they really love people who has great customer service skills and show that they have great hospitality. Don't make it an interview, try to make it a conversation.
