After being a stay at home mom for 8 years i decided it's my time to shine again and i applied to become a flight attendant with AA. I was nervous to do it, because i'm not a 20 y/o anymore and i thought i would be dismissed right away. BUT AA took my application serious and i got an assessment right away, which i did great. A day later i got the invitation to do the video interview and i completed this yesterday. I have no clue how i did, but i think i did okay. So now the waiting game begins. 8/31/16 first applied 8/31/16 assessment invitation 9/01/16 video interview invitation 9/05/16 completed video interview I don't have an offer yet, however i needed to click something so i clicked i had an offer (i;m still in the running to becoming Americas next flight attendant :) ) For new people on here, do read the questions that are mentioned on this site and answer them already. This helped me a lot for my video interview, i was well prepared!
