I applied for the position about a month ago. They first gave me some technical questions regarding Operations Research. After that, the first round of interview is a phone interview, with a senior. Most of the interview questions are technical, not behavioral. The interview went well. But then they didn't get back to me even after a month.

Good experience.
The interviewer is nice and willing to have communications with you.
Most of the questions were general and there are not any behavioral questions during the interview.
In the end, the interviewer introduced their teams in details.
