I had three interviews. The first with HR, then with VP of sales, and then eventually with my team leader. The interviews were held at the offices, they were pretty straight forward. The process has changed over the years so I'm not real familiar with it as it stands now. Back in "the day" it was basically if you knew anything about the Reverse Mortgage and needed a job, you'd get it there.
