I had a phone interview with a recruiter that lasted around 10 minutes. It was a brief and straightforward conversation where they asked some basic questions and gathered general information.

Standard recruiter call, cross-functional collaboration conversation with a PM, a portfolio project presentation, then a more casual and conversational portfolio walkthrough with design leadership. Recruiters were very on top of it with communication and scheduling.
