Probably the best experience I've encountered. My HR recruiter was extremely kind, patient, and proficient about the role and expectations. I've encountered recruiters at other companies that do not grasp the products that they're selling and the position requirements, simply there to fill positions, not the case at Alteryx. The interview process itself was about 3 to 4 weeks, from the screening interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager, then the lead product engineer , and finally, invited to an in-person interview onsite for a day, where you meet with future colleagues from entire product hierarchy. These guys were all passionate about their work at Alteryx and asked great questions to gauge your interest in the company and its products to test your skills and emotional intelligence. It was a good interview process, none of those demeaning type interviews you encounter with companies in the bay area/seattle. The best experience was with the HR recruiter , she kept me updated and prepped throughout, from initial contact to offer stage. She was highly proficient and experienced recruiter who knew the company and products very well -- a good indicator that i'll be working with highly competent staff throughout the org. I had no choice but to accept.

It was a typical product management interview process with multiple rounds. There were interviewers from the stakeholder teams such as engineering and data science. There was no take home case study.
