Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

First round phone screening: general questions about yourself, career plan, and why the company? Mostly about yourself, nothing really towards the business the company do but it will show up in next round.
