After I applied online, I received an email which asked me to finish a video assessment. It will ask you four questions, each has 15s to prepare and 30-60s to answer. Questions include: What was your first job? Use your own words to describe what AlphaSights do? How the past experiences led you to establish the criteria you use to determine which firm you'll join?

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
