Initially applied online for Associate position on my schools job board, had a phone interview, recruiter asked me if I would be interested in a recruiting coordinator position because of my background. Asked if we could set up a phone interview but I was coming in to the city anyways and asked if we could meet in person. Interview was a little odd in terms of tone. Got a weird vibe from the recruiters, like they were trying to come off intimidating and like the company was very exclusive. I've never had an interview like that before.

Wasn't too bad, was lengthy almost 5 rounds. They were quick in getting back to me and also with overall feedback at the end. Shared resources where appropriate so was helpful.
