A 30 minute telephone interview was held initially. It was formally conducted with there being a clear script. The recruiter called about 5 minutes late which gave me time to get nervous. It was a friendly chat but I worried that the recruiter had a lot to tell me and clearly had a script. The script meant that the recruiter was talking a lot and did not necessarily give me the opportunity to demonstrate the research that had been done into the company. But overall a really great interview, and a positive experience.
