Quite a long process. You submit CV and covering letter, they then send an application form to fill and then there's a long 2 hour test before having an interview. The test made me feel quite negatively about the company as it really shows how much they see translators as resources rather than people. After all of that they don't give you any feedback as to why they turn you down.
