it was pretty smooth, though it was completely online and consisted of 3 total rounds.
though the senior managers were cooperative and didn't ask many questions related to work experience or past experiences.

4 rounds, 1st was telephonic round, 2nd was technical on LinkedIn - the word document has different questions like map the leadership etc and how would you reply to a particular email, then 3rd round was with the founder from India, and the last round was with Founder from UK

Assignment Round testing skills like candidate sourcing, client communication, business development
Last round with CEO & co founder for 30 minutes
